Terms that match the product
These Terms of Use cover your use of Fresh 75, a 75-day wellness habit challenge for iPhone. Fresh 75 is not medical care and does not promise any health or body outcome.
Who these terms are with
Fresh 75 is provided by Remodeled AI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”). By downloading or using Fresh 75 you agree to these terms.
Apple’s standard license applies
Fresh 75 is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”). These terms add product-specific rules. If these terms conflict with the Apple EULA about your license to use the app, the Apple EULA controls.
Your challenge, your judgment
You choose your habits, your plan, and whether a day is Light, Normal, or Extra. Fresh 75 is a wellness and habit tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition and does not give medical, nutrition, or exercise advice. Talk to a qualified professional before changing exercise or eating, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from injury, or managing a health condition. Stop any activity that feels unsafe.
Free features
The full 75-day challenge is free, including the daily checklist, Light/Normal/Extra days, celebrations and streaks, 14 days of history, widgets, reminders, export, and deletion.
Fresh 75 Plus: auto-renewing subscription
Fresh 75 Plus is optional and adds features such as Pattern Lens, full history, a photo timeline, the Round 2 builder, milestone cards, PDF/CSV reports, widget themes, and up to 20 habits.
- Plans. Weekly (US $7.99 per week) or annual (US $44.99 per year). The price shown in the App Store before you confirm is the price that applies, including tax and local currency.
- Introductory prices. New subscribers who are eligible under Apple’s rules may get a paid introductory price: US $1.99 for the first week of the weekly plan, or US $29.99 for the first year of the annual plan. There is no free trial.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the regular price for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancel or manage. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account subscription settings, or from Settings → Plan & billing → Manage subscription in Fresh 75, or at Apple’s subscriptions page. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds. Apple handles billing and refunds. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Price changes. If a renewal price changes, Apple notifies you and, where required, asks for your consent before charging the new price.
- Restore. Use Restore purchases in Fresh 75 to restore Plus on a device signed in to the same Apple Account.
- Deleting data does not cancel. Deleting Fresh 75 or its data does not cancel your subscription.
Community features
Fresh 75 does not offer community, circles, friends, feeds, or messaging. Earlier account and circle terms no longer apply.
Fair use
Don’t misuse Fresh 75 or its support form. Don’t send spam, threats, or other people’s private information, and don’t try to disrupt, copy, or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.
Your data
The Privacy Policy explains what stays on your device, what reaches us, and how to export or delete it.
Availability and changes
We may update Fresh 75 and these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will update this page and the date below before it takes effect. Features that need the network, such as purchases, restore, and support, may be briefly unavailable. Your on-device challenge keeps working offline.
Warranty and liability
To the extent the law allows, Fresh 75 is provided “as is”. The Apple EULA’s warranty and liability terms apply. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence still apply.
