Privacy in plain language
Fresh 75 is private by default. There is no account. Your challenge lives on your iPhone, and only two things ever leave it: purchase records if you subscribe, and a support message if you send one.
Who is responsible
Fresh 75 is published by Remodeled AI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”). Contact us through the support form.
What stays on your device
Your plan, habits, daily check-offs, water log, Light/Normal/Extra choices, streaks and milestones, reflections, optional mood and energy check-ins, optional progress photos, reminder settings, and widget settings are stored on your iPhone (and in your own device backups, if you use them). We do not receive them. Fresh 75 does not use HealthKit.
Purchases
If you subscribe to Fresh 75 Plus, Apple processes the payment. Our subscription provider, RevenueCat, receives your App Store purchase history and a random app user ID so the app can confirm what you bought and restore it. We never see your payment card. This data is used only to provide and restore your subscription, not for advertising.
Support requests
If you use the support form, we receive the topic, your message, and a reply email only if you choose to add one. We do not attach your challenge data, photos, device identifiers, or purchase ID. Support requests and our follow-up notes are deleted after 30 days. To stop abuse, a one-way hash of the sending IP address is stored separately from new support messages. Its rate-limit window is one hour; hourly cleanup removes expired records and legacy hashes previously attached to messages.
Analytics, tracking, and ads
This version of Fresh 75 does not upload analytics. It does not track you across apps or websites, does not use the advertising identifier, has no ads, and never sells or shares your data for advertising. We will update this page before that changes.
Community
Fresh 75 has no community, friends, feed, or messaging. Nothing you enter is shown to other people. If you tap Share on a milestone, iOS shows you exactly what will be shared before anything leaves your device.
Your choices and rights
- Mood and energy check-ins, reminders, and photos are optional and off until you turn them on.
- Export your data from Settings → Your data.
- Delete everything on this device from Settings → Your data → Delete local data. See how deletion works.
- Ask us to access or delete a support request, or ask any privacy question, through the support form.
Children
Fresh 75 is a general wellness app and is not directed to children.
Changes
If we change how data is handled, we will update this page and the date below before the change takes effect.
